Quiz Nova Quest Terms of Service

1. Service

Quiz Nova Quest provides quizzes, study records, points, rankings, partners, collections, reminders, advertisements, and related game features. Features and content may change to improve stability, security, and learning value.

2. Accounts and age

A Google account is required to save progress. Users must be at least 14 years old and must use accurate account information. Users are responsible for activity performed through their account and must not transfer accounts or impersonate another person through a nickname or profile.

3. Points and game items

Points, partners, boosters, cosmetics, titles, and other virtual items are usable only within the service, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. They may be corrected or recovered when obtained through errors, score manipulation, abuse, or policy violations.

4. Advertisements and rewards

The service may display banner, native, or rewarded advertisements. Rewarded benefits are granted only when the applicable conditions are completed and may be limited by frequency, availability, network status, or anti-abuse controls.

5. Acceptable use

Users must not manipulate scores, rankings, points, or rewards; automate or overload access; reverse engineer the service; submit unlawful, abusive, or privacy-invasive nicknames or reports; infringe third-party rights; or interfere with other users or service operation.

6. Quiz and AI-generated content

Some quiz content may be generated or reviewed with automated tools. We seek to validate content before publication, but do not guarantee that every question, answer, explanation, or translation is complete or error-free. The service is for general learning and entertainment and is not professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.

7. Intellectual property

The service software, design, characters, quiz compilation, and other service materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users retain rights in text they submit, such as bug reports, and grant us permission to process that text only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

8. Availability and changes

The service may be temporarily limited for maintenance, security, legal compliance, technical reasons, or external platform changes. We may modify or discontinue features while taking reasonable steps to avoid unnecessary loss of user progress.

9. Suspension and account deletion

Access may be restricted for material violations, fraud, security threats, or unlawful activity. Users may delete their account in the app. Account data, points, items, quiz records, and rankings will be deleted subject to legally required or security-related retention described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available. We are not responsible for interruptions or loss caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Privacy

Personal information is handled according to the Privacy Policy. Users can manage advertising privacy choices, notifications, and account deletion through the app where available.

12. Changes and governing law

Material changes to these terms will be announced in the app or on this page and may require renewed consent. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Republic of Korea, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply to a user.
