Quiz Nova Quest processes personal information and app usage information only to the extent necessary to provide an AI-powered learning and quiz service. This Privacy Policy applies to the Quiz Nova Quest app and related services.

Quiz Nova Quest uses the following third-party services. Each provider may process information necessary to provide its service.

Where required, advertising privacy choices are collected through the AppLovin MAX consent flow before ads are requested and can be changed from the app settings.

4. International Processing and Service Providers

Firebase, Google Sign-In, AppLovin MAX and its enabled mediation partners, OpenAI, or Google Gemini may process data through infrastructure located outside the user's country, including the United States and other regions in which the providers operate. Transfers occur through encrypted network communication when a related feature is used. The categories and purposes are limited to those described above, and provider-side retention follows the applicable provider terms, privacy policy, and service contract. AI quiz-generation requests do not include user account or gameplay data.

5. Retention and Deletion

Account profiles, gameplay records, inventory, and rankings are retained while the account is active. Bug reports and rate-limit records are kept only as long as reasonably necessary to investigate the issue, maintain security, and prevent abuse. When a user deletes the account, associated authentication, profile, gameplay, ranking, reward, and bug-report data is deleted without undue delay, except where limited retention is required by law or is necessary for security, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution. 6. User Rights and Choices

Users may view or change their nickname and profile settings, withdraw or change advertising privacy choices where available, enable or disable notifications, and delete their account from the app. Requests concerning access, correction, deletion, restriction, or other rights may be submitted through the developer contact on the Google Play Store listing. A request may require identity verification, and a legally permitted restriction or refusal will be explained.

7. Children's Privacy

Quiz Nova Quest account services are intended for users aged 14 or older. We do not knowingly create accounts for children under 14. If we learn that an underage account was created, we will take reasonable steps to delete its personal information.

8. Security

We use Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore security rules, Cloud Functions, and related security measures to help protect user data. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

9. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated due to changes in laws, policies, or the service. Important changes will be announced in the app or on this page.
